Griffin man drowns at Panama City Beach
A 33-year-old Griffin man drowned Sunday afternoon at Panama City Beach. Stephen Mann was swimming behind the Regency Towers on Thomas Drive when he became distressed, The News Herald in Panama City, Fla., reported.
